In this role, you’ll provide technical and functional input to design, maintain, build, integrate, and test complex software components. You will use your innovative mindset, effective communication skills and desire to do better by constantly creating and improving the Frost user experience. You believe in servant leadership and will work with development teams to optimize workflow and deliver top-quality products on time. What you’ll do:Lead product ownership team in executing complex roadmaps, interpreting requirements, and writing user stories to guide development within applicationsCoordinate with the development team to define and iterate the product based on the strategyEnsure development team workflow is optimized so that product is delivered in a timely mannerResolve and prevent against future issues in the development process to ensure requirements are metPartner with product manager by socializing solutions and seeking feedback to help meet deliverablesProvide guidance and leadership to other Product Owners across the enterpriseAlways take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomesWhat you’ll need:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, a related field, or equivalent work experience4+ years of experience in product ownership or product management4+ years of experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban in a digital spaceExperience in product ownership, product management, customer experience management, business analysis, software engineering or a related fieldDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing prioritiesRelevant experience in banking, finance, or in a related product areaExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft computer applicationsAdditional Preferred Skills:Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or in a related fieldOur Benefits:At Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
