We’re currently hiring for our Night Program; the current schedule is a modified .9 working four shifts one week and three shifts the following. Competitive Compensation: Night shift differential of $2.00/hr Generous Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 for candidates with 1+ years of experience (2-year commitment required) Career Growth: Placement on our Respiratory Therapist career ladder based on your experience and licensure Cutting-Edge Tools: Work with advanced respiratory equipment and technology Supportive Team Culture: Collaborate with experienced professionals in a patient-centered environment What You’ll Do Evaluating and interpreting medical orders and clinical data Operating and adjusting ventilators, gas administration systems, and aerosol generators Monitoring patient responses and performing diagnostic tests Assisting in emergency situations and transporting ventilated patients Educating and mentoring students and healthcare staff Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances Graduate of a Co ARC (Committee on Accreditation for Respiratory Care) approved Respiratory program required. OR students who have received a temporary license are permitted to begin employment with approval from the Human Resources department along with their official transcripts. Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required. Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRTT) from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) required prior to expiration of temporary practice permit. Respiratory therapists who receive their CRT credential from the NBRC after July 1, 2002 are required to maintain certification under the NBRC requirements.
