Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 annually
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Overview
This role supports mental health professionals licensed in Kentucky to deliver therapy through a structured telehealth model. Clinicians will carry out assessments, implement therapeutic interventions, and help clients navigate progress toward their wellness goals.
Responsibilities:
Perform initial diagnostic assessments and formulate care plans
Deliver virtual therapy services to individuals and groups
Track client progress and update treatment objectives
Document services accurately within electronic health records
Participate in clinical coordination and communication with the care team
Must hold an active LMFT, LPCC, LPP, or LCSW license in Kentucky
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Prior experience in therapy settings, preferably including telehealth
Technologically comfortable and self-directed
Fully remote with tech support and admin staff
Reliable schedule and manageable caseload
