Atlantic Pacific Companies , one of the Southeast's fastest-growing multifamily investment firms, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Asset Management Analyst to join our team. This position reports directly to the Asset Manager and will support the Asset Management team in overseeing a multifamily portfolio throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Job Description The Asset Management Analyst will serve as a key member of the Asset Management team, providing financial analysis, reporting, and operational support across a portfolio of multifamily assets. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an analytical, detail-oriented professional to build a strong foundation in commercial real estate asset management while contributing to portfolio performance and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities Build, maintain, and update property-level and portfolio-level financial models, including cash flow projections, return analyses, and operational scenarios. Analyze financial statements, rent rolls, operating reports, and other property performance data. Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processes. Conduct market research and competitive analyses, including tracking rents, occupancy, concessions, and leasing trends. Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and reporting packages for senior leadership, capital partners, and lenders. Monitor capital improvement projects and track performance against approved budgets and timelines. Support acquisition and disposition due diligence efforts through data collection and financial analysis. Partner with property management teams to support operational and financial objectives across the portfolio. Assist with special projects and ad hoc analyses as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Zero to three (0–3) years of experience in commercial real estate, multifamily housing, asset management, financial analysis, or a related field. Relevant internship experience will be considered. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Familiarity with Yardi, RealPage, or similar property management and reporting systems is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment. Why Join Us?
