This position operates in a hybrid capacity that balances remote work with in-office responsibilities at our outpatient facility. You will work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide coordinated care. The typical work schedule consists of Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with potential flexibility based on patient needs.   • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate client needs, strengths, and challenges, facilitating the development of personalized treatment plans.

  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to support individuals, couples, and families.

  • Lead psychoeducational and support groups to provide psychoeducation and foster a sense of community among patients dealing with similar issues.

  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, discuss treatment plans, and monitor patient progress during regular team meetings.

  • Provide crisis intervention services for clients experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate support is available.

  • Educate clients about mental health problems, constructive coping strategies, treatment options, and community resources to enhance their understanding and capabilities.

  • Document client interactions and treatment plans accurately to maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Washington state is required.

  • Experience conducting thorough mental health assessments and formulating strategic treatment plans.

  • Proven history of providing individual and group therapy to a diverse range of clients.
