Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure, and manage customer environments using containerized orchestration (ECS/Fargate) and Terraform modules across multiple client environments.
- Quickly diagnose and resolve high-impact production issues to maintain strict migration schedules.
- Continuously synthesize field insights from deployments to design, code, and ship improvements into the core product.
- Uphold strict security and compliance standards required by large enterprise clients.
- Manage secrets, authentication systems (OAuth2/OIDC/SAML, Keycloak), and integrate with enterprise systems.
Skills/Must have:
- Proven expertise with AWS services (ECS/Fargate, ALB, S3, Secrets Manager) and Docker.
- Deep experience with Terraform for provisioning and managing environments.
- Extensive experience in infrastructure automation and DevOps best practices.
- Experience with secrets management and authentication systems (OAuth2/OIDC/SAML, Keycloak).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
