Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience with mobility training, transfers, restorative nursing programs, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
