Customer Service Representative

Location: Seymour - Headquarters

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour


Job Summary:

Royalty Roofing is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented candidate with high-level verbal and written communication skills for our Customer Services team. Duties include working phones, assisting customers, taking and processing customer service requests, and other duties as assigned. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping ensure every client has a smooth experience from first call to project completion.


Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls appropriately.
• Enter and manage estimates in the system.
• Perform a high volume of computer-based tasks (date entry, records, scheduling, correspondence).
• Work closely with the sales team and customers to support the project process from start to finish.
• Schedule roofing inspections, estimates, and service appointments.
• Provide information about services, pricing, and project timelines.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotes, project status, and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with sales reps and project managers to keep customers informed.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM/scheduling system.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally.
• Process paperwork such as contracts, invoices, and warranty information
• Support marketing efforts (reviews requests, referral follow-ups, et.)
• Other dut ies as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience (constructions/hoe services Industry a pus)
• Excellent phone etiquette and communications skills.
• Comfortably using scheduling software, CRM tools, and basic office software.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, patient, and solutions-oriented attitude.
