Job Title: Cannabis Sales Specialist MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Cannabis Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cannabis products and industry trends, as well as exceptional sales and customer service skills. This position is crucial in ensuring a positive experience for our clients and driving our sales objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering expert recommendations on cannabis products that meet those needs. - Build and maintain a strong client base through open communication, product education, and personalized service. - Stay informed about the latest developments and trends in the cannabis industry, including new products and regulatory changes. - Achieve or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts. - Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and implement promotions and sales strategies. - Maintain a well-organized inventory, ensuring products are properly displayed and stored according to company and compliance standards. - Educate customers on the safe and responsible use of cannabis products. - Adhere to all company policies and legal regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products. Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales or a related role; experience in the cannabis industry is a plus. - Strong knowledge of various cannabis products and their effects. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. - Must be of legal age to work with cannabis products according to local laws and regulations.
