Exciting opportunity for a highly qualified BC/BE Urologist to join Marion Health, a not-for-profit health care system deeply rooted in the Marion-Grant County community. Our flagship hospital, located at MGH Campus, is a 99-bed acute care facility serving as the sole community hospital in the region.

Referral Network: With a strong team of dedicated providers spanning Primary Care, Emergency Medicine, and Family Medicine Residents, we've built a robust referral base to support our pulmonology specialists and ensure strong patient volume.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Salary: 3- or 5-year agreement with competitive salary and quarterly work RVU incentive
• Signing Bonus and Annual Commitment Payment starting year two
• Paid On-Call Duties: 10 days or less per month
