Marketing, Sales, and Event Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and people-focused AT&T Sales & Customer Outreach Coordinator to join our growing team.

In this role, you’ll represent AT&T products and services through face-to-face customer interactions in retail and promotional environments. You’ll engage directly with customers, introduce available wireless products and service options, explain current promotions, and assist customers throughout the sales and enrollment process.

Responsibilities

• Represent AT&T products and services in a professional and engaging manner
• Engage directly with customers through face-to-face conversations
• Educate customers on available wireless plans, devices, services, and current promotions
• Ask questions to understand individual customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Assist interested customers throughout the sales and enrollment process
• Build positive relationships and provide a strong customer experience
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and team sales goals
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
• Participate in ongoing product, sales, and professional development training
• Maintain a professional and enthusiastic presence while representing AT&T
