HEALTH CARE FOR THE HOMELESS INC is seeking a Substance Use Counselor to provide outpatient SUD treatment and recovery support to youth and adults experiencing homelessness. The role emphasizes trauma-informed, client-centered care across fixed-site clinics, mobile clinics, and community settings. You will conduct assessments, counseling, and referrals while collaborating with an integrated care team to implement SMART goals and coordinated treatment plans. #J-18808-Ljbffr
