Work Environment

This position is designed to offer flexibility for both the LPC and clients through a completely remote telehealth setup. You will conduct virtual sessions, utilizing video conferencing technology to foster a supportive therapeutic relationship. Occasional evenings and weekends may be requested to accommodate client scheduling needs.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Little Fuse, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to guide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions.
• Provide effective interventions for a broad range of mental health disorders, ensuring a tailored approach to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care and support for clients.
• Maintain up-to-date and confidential records of client interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in regular supervision, peer reviews, and professional development to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LPC will work with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and substance use disorders. Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must have:

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time role comes with a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 90,000, commensurate with experience, along with potential bonuses. Additional benefits include:
