Make a meaningful difference in students’ lives as a Speech-Language Pathologist working in a thriving district in the North Houston area. This onsite, full-time contract position is ideal for passionate SLPs—including Clinical Fellows—who are eager to support children’s communication needs.

As an SLP, you will become an integral part of a collaborative and supportive educational team serving a single campus, with some opportunities for an itinerant role across neighboring schools. Expect engaging work with diverse caseloads and age groups, giving you the chance to refine your clinical skill set and make an impact where it matters most.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Texas
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but not required
• Openness to considering SLP Clinical Fellows
• Commitment to working full-time, 37.5 hours per week, on-site
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Enthusiasm for supporting students with diverse backgrounds and needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders within a school setting
• Collaborate with educators, families, and staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district requirements
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide resources for effective instruction
• Travel between campuses as needed for itinerant assignments
• Engage in professional development and continuous learning
