What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations in the ER
• Assess patient conditions and respond promptly to emergencies
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members
• Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR
• Adhere to facility protocols and safety standards
• Support unit operations during emergency events or relief assignments

What You Need Required

• Active Louisiana RN license
• ACLS, PALS, CPI, BLS, and TNCC certifications
• Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience
• Experience with Epic EMR system
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Previous emergency department experience in a hospital setting
• Flexibility to float to other floors
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
