Discovery IT System Administrator Employment Type: Full-Time, Executive-Level Department: Legal CGS is seeking a dedicated Discovery IT System Administrator to join a fast-paced team supporting legal accounts. The role involves managing electronic discovery applications and infrastructure, ensuring system availability, performance, security, and supporting integration and migration activities. Responsibilities include: Ensuring availability of electronic discovery tools and applications Administering and monitoring systems and infrastructure Testing application performance and working with vendors to resolve issues Maintaining security, backup, and redundancy strategies Supporting technical architecture discussions and liaising with vendors Developing and delivering end-user training Providing support and expertise on electronic discovery tools Reverse engineering and documenting legacy systems Analyzing business requirements and supporting application integration/migration Contributing to knowledge management and technical documentation Supporting backend infrastructure, data migrations, and application management Managing Microsoft server 2019/2022, SQL Server, and cloud technologies like Azure and AWS Qualifications: Experience with legal technology and EDRM Knowledge of e-discovery tools such as Relativity, Veritas eDP, etc. Skills in supporting relational databases like SQL Server and MySQL Ability to operate cloud services and manage infrastructure Our Commitment: CGS aims to simplify government processes through innovative technology and dedicated personnel.
