Department Supervisor - Downtown Summerlin Full-time About the Role As a Department Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales and Profit goals in the store by executing a plan to deliver the Best Customer Experience in the department and overall store. The Department Supervisor will work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies, and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues. A Day in the Life Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities: Customer Sales & Profit Support the total OMNI customer experience in the store, ensuring visual and commercial curation according to global guidelines. Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during customer interactions. Be aware of and take responsibility for your department's strengths, identifying commercial opportunities and working with your Department Manager to act on them. Ensure customer service is provided in all areas of the store and that your team has the ability to work towards actively promoting and selling products to customers. Follow up that your team is actively promoting our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives. Ensure correct routines in fitting room and checkout, including transaction, returns and exchanges. Ensure all admin routines for both people and operations are handled in a correct way. Fashion & Trend Awareness Keep up‑to‑date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors and relevant influencers. Ensure your team provides product and fashion knowledge as well as other relevant information during customer interactions. Team & Development Retain and share your knowledge and skills with the Store team. Collaborate, plan, and work with the in‑store Visual Merchandiser team. Give and receive feedback with your colleagues to learn, develop, and support each other. Communicate regularly to store colleagues to inform, motivate, and inspire – daily, weekly meetings, etc. Ensure all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store are followed. Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution Secure a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house, including stockroom areas. Maintain high fashion quality, visual and commercial product presentation, with good garment care. Secure good stock levels and provide input on allocation to Area team. Ensure the full garment cycle – from delivery to garment presentation – and fitting room routines meet internal standards and use all tools and technology provided. Keep up best practice for any in‑store OMNI Services and in‑store tech services/tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store, etc.). Maintain a strong balance and consistent price perception throughout the store following global and local strategies. Update and upkeep BOH areas for all colleagues (key information, health & safety, tidiness, etc.). Responsible for opening and closing the store daily. Compensation Expected base salary range: $19.22 – $22.39 hourly.
