Compensation: This position offers $60,000‑$65,000 per year , with the opportunity to earn significantly more based on performance. The role starts at $22 per hour for the first two months during the training period, after which compensation transitions to a production‑based pay structure . This performance‑driven model allows for unlimited earning potential —top technicians have earned over $100,000 annually . Schedule: 4‑day workweek (4/10 schedule) — enjoy three days off while maintaining full‑time hours with an opportunity for extra work as available if needed.
