The Dog Stop is looking for a friendly and motivated Front Desk Attendant to join our team in Centreville, VA! Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate staff
• Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times
• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
• Assist staff and management with day-to-day operational needs
• Address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with basic computer applications
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Must LOVE dogs
