Quality Manager page is loaded## Quality Managerlocations: Accredo Plant - Sugar Landtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: JR100688**It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!**We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.**Duties/Responsibilities*** Manage and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure product consistency and performance.* Lead the QC Inspector Team to verify product quality and ensure adherence to specifications.* Supervise the Quality Lab through the Lab Supervisor; support product qualifications, testing protocols, and trial validations.* Investigate customer complaints and internal nonconformances; identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.* Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues and drive improvements.* Maintain quality documentation, specifications, and control plans.* Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.* Participate in customer visits and technical reviews related to product quality.* Evaluate supplier performance and provide input on material quality concerns.* Perform other related duties as assigned by the President to support quality initiatives.**Education and Experience*** Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field required.* Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality and manufacturing management.* Experience in food packaging or regulated manufacturing environments preferred.**Required Skills/Abilities*** Strong leadership and team development skills.* In-depth knowledge of quality systems, product testing, and process control.* Effective project management and organizational skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management tools.* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and resolve complex quality issues.**Physical Requirements*** Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.* Frequent walking throughout the production floor to monitor quality activities and support operations.* Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.* Ability to wear required PPE and work in manufacturing environments as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr Accredo Packaging, Inc.
