Registered Nurse - CVICU

$2709.12/week - Job Summary: Provide advanced nursing care to cardiac ICU patients in a high-acuity, trauma-centered environment. Ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes through expert clinical skills and adherence to hospital protocols. Responsibilities: Lead patient assessments and develop individualized care plans for cardiac ICU patients. Administer medications and treatments following established protocols and physician orders. Monitor and interpret patient vitals, neurological status, and cardiac rhythms continuously. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and facilitate timely interventions. Document patient progress, interventions, and responses accurately in electronic health records. Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and certification requirements. Qualifications: Hold active RN license in the state or a compact license at the time of submission. Possess ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications. Have recent ICU experience, specifically in cardiac or CVICU settings. Demonstrate strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills. Be able to work night shifts (4x12 hours) efficiently in a trauma and stroke-certified facility. Comply with travel and onboarding policies, including completion of core modules within 48 hours.
