• Track budgets, process invoices, and monitor reserve funds
• Lead community meetings and follow up on action items

Professional HOA Property Manager Job

We are a locally owned HOA management firm seeking a detail oriented, organized, community minded HOA Property Manager to oversee operations for a portfolio of homeowner associations in a stable, well–run management company, Cedar Management, Inc. This role combines property operations, vendor oversight, board support, and resident relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for HOA boards and residents
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance, landscaping, and vendor contracts
• Prepare and manage budgets, monthly financials, and assessments collection
• Schedule and attend board meetings; prepare agendas and meeting minutes
• Enforce covenants, conditions, and restrictions with professionalism and consistency
• Oversee property inspections and capital improvement

Qualifications

• HOA property management experience preferred
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Basic accounting and budgeting experience
• Familiarity with HOA governance and regulations a plus
