About the Role
As a litigation attorney, you will be responsible for managing cases from inception through trial.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in court and during mediation.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Well organized
- Motivated to grow business
Preferred Skills
- Experience in personal injury law.
- Familiarity with trial procedures and litigation strategies.
