Occupational Therapy Assistant - PRN

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide quality occupational therapy services to both inpatient and outpatient clients. The COTA will work under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist to assist clients in improving or maintaining their independence, functional abilities, and quality of life. Responsibilities include providing individualized treatment interventions, documenting services, and collaborating with therapy, nursing, and other members of the care team to support positive outcomes.Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.Current COTA certification and state licensure/registration as required by Illinois law.Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within the required timeframe.Experience in inpatient, outpatient, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred.Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.Ability to work effectively with clients of varying ages, diagnoses, and functional abilities.Ability to work independently while following the plan of care established by the Occupational Therapist.Reliable, flexible, and dependable with a commitment to providing compassionate, person-centered care. #J-18808-Ljbffr Priority Dispatch Corp.
