Job type: Full time, PRN, Part time We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dedicated and collaborative therapy team. This opportunity is ideal for therapists who are passionate about delivering high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive environment. Position Overview The Physical Therapist works under the direction of the Director of Rehabilitation and is responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing individualized physical therapy programs for residents throughout the facility.
