Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers throughout the store. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring all products are stocked and displayed properly. Assist customers in finding hardware products and answer their questions. Participate in daily operational goals and support the store management team. Uphold merchandising standards and participate in training and development opportunities. Skills/Knowledge Strong product knowledge of hardware products. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.
