About the Role

The Company is seeking an SVP Head of Global Taxation to lead and expand its tax function. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of corporate income tax planning and compliance, indirect taxation, and GAAP tax provisions. This role demands a strategic leader with a background in Big 4 public/private sectors, a CPA, and a proven track record in growing and managing a team. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing global tax planning strategies, ensuring tax compliance and audits, and overseeing the company's international tax structure and transfer pricing policies. The SVP will also be instrumental in driving the transformation of the tax function, with a focus on people development, process improvement, and technology implementation. Applicants for the SVP Head of Global Taxation position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive corporate tax experience, with at least 5 years' in a complex, SEC registrant company or with SEC registrant clients in a Big 4 accounting firm. A strong knowledge of U.S. Federal Taxation is essential, as is a Bachelor's degree in tax, accounting, or finance. The role requires the ability to communicate complex tax matters to non-tax business leaders, strong skills in process improvement, and experience in using tax technology. The ideal candidate will be adept at working in a fast-paced environment, with a keen attention to detail, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
