Oncology Infusion Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated Oncology Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to join our outpatient infusion center. The ideal candidate will have experience in oncology nursing and be committed to providing high-quality patient care. Shift Details

Shift Type: Day shift, 5x8 hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday)

Weekend Requirements: None

Guaranteed Hours: May cancel up to 3 shifts without penalty

Responsibilities

As an Oncology Infusion RN, you will be responsible for:

• Administering chemotherapy and other intravenous medications.
• Managing care for patients with oncology diagnoses, including GI/GU diagnoses requiring infusion.
• Administering fluids for nausea and vomiting regimens and antibiotics.
• Overseeing patients undergoing research protocols and administering migraine protocols.
• Providing care for procedures such as BCG treatments, cystoscopies, and intrathecal chemotherapy.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and maintaining accurate patient records using Epic (Excellian) charting.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license with at least 1 year of experience in oncology nursing.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs.
• Open to block scheduling accommodations.
• Pending licenses will be accepted.
• Must reside outside a 100-mile radius from the facility.
• Preference for limited request time off (RTO), ideally no more than 5 days.
