24 Ford of Easton is looking for an experienced, motivated  Flat Rate Automotive Technician to join our growing service team.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, service, and repair vehicles according to manufacturer and dealership specifications.
• Complete repairs safely, accurately, and efficiently while meeting established time standards.
• Identify and communicate additional repairs or concerns to management.
• Properly document diagnosis, cause, correction, and repairs on every repair order.
• Use manufacturer procedures, troubleshooting guides, special tools, and equipment appropriately.
• Road-test vehicles when required.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed individual productivity and efficiency goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
• Report any safety, quality, or operational concerns to management.
• Work effectively as part of a professional service team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of automotive technician experience
• Previous  flat-rate experience at a franchised dealership is a major plus.
• Ford certifications are a plus.
• Transmission rebuilding experience is a huge plus.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality.
• Valid driver's license with a clean, acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screening and background check.

Physical Requirements

This is a  heavy-duty position requiring the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. , frequently carry up to 50 lbs. , and perform repetitive physical movements.
