Job Title: Hospice Social Worker – Be the Voice of Compassion
Company: Superior Hospice
Compensation: $65,000 – $85,000/year depending on experience
Schedule: Full-Time (32 to 40 hours/week)

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and document patient/family needs
- Offer therapeutic support and grief counseling
- Assist in navigating care planning and resource access
- Act as an advocate and educator for patients and caregivers
- Be present in life’s most vulnerable moments—with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Degree in Social Work (BSW or MSW)
- Hospice experience is required
- Exceptional communication and emotional intelligence
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with the grief process and end-of-life frameworks
