This is accomplished using analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and enhance DC operations processes. The Sr. Specialist is responsible for owning data workstreams, analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing and presenting recommendations which support the organization’s strategic priorities and objectives. This role will be based onsite at an Ambient or Perishable distribution center.Job Responsibilities:Supporting the development, monitoring, and reporting of operational metrics and KPIsDeveloping and owning portions of the DC annual budget & monthly rolling planProvide analytical support for projects, new business opportunities, and proposalsModeling, analyzing, and reporting on strategic initiatives to inform the business of challenges and opportunitiesAd-hoc reporting and presentations as requested by leadership​Additional responsibilities include:Build & Develop Dashboards for the DC operations networkSupport the Promotions and Omni-Channel DC operations processes by providing data analysisResponsible for providing analysis and reporting to provide inventory visibility throughout the DC networkSupport new initiatives with data analysis and reportingSupport the DC‘s OP and RP processes by providing reporting packages to FP&A and Logistics teamsProvide comprehensive tracking for high priority and high-profile initiatives and programsProvide support to the Planning & Allocation, Transportation and DCs team as needed Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in related Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field4+ years of retail, distribution experienceSupply Chain Management experienceTableau or other data visualization experienceSAP or similar ERP systems experienceExperience with Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills requiredAbility to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across teams.Presents to and influences team members and business partners by utilizing relevant data and fact-based information to articulate results.Ability to provide recommendations in a clear concise manner Desire to Coach & MentorIn accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position.
