Location is flexible, with preference for Philadelphia, PA; Pittsburgh, PA; or Hornell, NY.Your future roleTake on a new challenge and apply your extensive project management and engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.You'll lead the Project Core Team to ensure the successful delivery of assigned tasks, meeting schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Relations), oversee project execution through effective governance and risk management, and ensure Alstom’s legal and contractual rights are protected, and much more.We’ll look to you for:Managing the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and creating a Detailed Project Schedule,Serving as the primary Customer Interface throughout the project lifecycle,Overseeing Project Risk, Opportunity, and Improvement Management,Leading Project Launch, Change Management, and Contractual Obligation Management,Allocating and monitoring project budgets to ensure financial performance,Preparing and delivering internal project reports, including status updates and financial performance insights,Reviewing project progress and providing strategic directions to Project Core Team members,Identifying and initiating actions to enhance team effectiveness, including applying team effectiveness tools,Delegating work packages and special tasks to optimize the overall project,Ensuring Alstom’s legal and contractual rights are protected while seeking and proposing additional opportunities to the Customer Director/Platform.All about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
