About the Role:

As the Director of Social Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the social work department, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and support. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing programs that promote social, emotional, and psychological well-being. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to identify and meet the unique needs of each patient, while also maintaining a focus on quality care and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the social work department, including supervision of social workers and other staff members

• Develop and implement programs to promote social, emotional, and psychological well-being of patients

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify and meet the unique needs of each patient

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices

• Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and referral sources

• Provide education and training to staff on social work principles and practices

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects
