Dough Maker and Prep Cook

We are seeking a talented dough person to join our kitchen staff and contribute to the success of our restaurant. As a key team member, you will play a crucial role in preparing and presenting delicious fresh dough. In addition to honing your culinary skills, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fun environment where teamwork and creativity are highly valued.

Main Responsibilities of a Cook:

• Preparing workstations, making dough, and cleaning kitchen equipment.
• Mixing dough
• Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen.
• Checking the quality of ingredients.
• Managing food storage, stock, and ingredient orders.

Cook Job Requirements:

• Prior experience as a cook.
• Skilled in operating kitchen equipment and various cooking techniques.
• Knowledge of and adherence to sanitation procedures.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 yrs old or older.
