Retail Shift Leader

Location & Compensation Address: 2857 Lafayette Rd., Indianapolis, Indiana 46222 Brand: EZPawn Pay range: $15.00/hr to $17.00/hr (based on experience) Position Overview We are looking for a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) to lead our team and step into greater roles tomorrow. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers while promoting sales and making deals for a wide variety of pawn items. Provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that clearly sets EZPAWN apart from the competition. Process loans and extensions and negotiate satisfactory terms for pawned items. Perform opening and closing store procedures. Supervise, coach, and influence store Team Members. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess an engaging personality, solid leadership, strong negotiation talents, and the ability to read and manage customer needs. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent judgment, time-management and prioritization skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build solid ongoing customer relationships. High school diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test. Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations. Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) a plus. Sales background a plus. Bilingual a plus.
