Physical Therapy Contract Opportunity

Enhance patient care through expert physical therapy services in a hospital setting. This contract opportunity is ideal for therapy professionals experienced in both inpatient and outpatient environments. The position involves a dynamic schedule with shifts split between two clinics, located within an hour's drive of each other, servicing a diverse caseload.

Schedule/Hours:

• 10-hour day shifts
• Split time between two clinics
• Expect to treat 1315 patients per day
• 80% inpatient, 20% outpatient caseload

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapy license (PT) and unrestricted practice privileges
• Prior experience working in hospital settings and providing inpatient and outpatient care
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and patient communication skills
• Commitment to high standards of infection control and patient safety
• Up-to-date flu vaccination (required; no exceptions)
• Must reside outside a 100-mile radius from the facility (per facility policy)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to a broad patient population in a hospital environment
• Complete comprehensive evaluations and design effective treatment programs
• Document all care accurately and in compliance with facility standards
• Rotate between two clinical sites; flexibility and reliable transportation required
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation staff to achieve optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and families about therapy plans and expectations

Additional Assignment Details:

• No more than three requested days off per 13-week contract
• Facility may adjust schedule up to three times per contract, with hours accordingly updated
