Requirements & Experience:

• Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Minimum of 1 year of recent respiratory therapy experience
• Strong knowledge of ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and emergency airway procedures
• Ability to assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory dysfunction
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• BLS and ACLS certifications (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality respiratory care to patients across all age groups
• Assess patient needs and collaborate with the healthcare team for care planning
• Operate and troubleshoot various respiratory equipment
• Perform arterial blood gas analysis and interpret results
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Educate patients and families on respiratory therapies and home care
