URGENT: House Sitter Wanted - Earn $50 Per Visit Checking Our Home In Hilliard, Fl

I’m looking for a reliable, trustworthy person who lives near Hilliard, FL to check on my home approximately every two weeks. This is not a live-in position. Each visit should take about 45–60 minutes. The job involves performing a thorough check of the property to ensure everything is in good condition while I’m away. Duties include checking the interior and exterior for any water leaks, damage, pests, or anything else out of the ordinary; inspecting under sinks, around toilets, the water heater, and other plumbing fixtures for leaks; running water from all faucets and showers and flushing all toilets to keep the plumbing in good working condition; verifying that the air conditioning, appliances, and safety devices are functioning properly; walking the outside of the property to look for anything that needs attention; bringing in any packages or mail; securing the home before leaving; and sending me a brief update with photos after each visit. I’m looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, communicates well, and will treat the home as if it were their own.
