Schedule: Monday-Friday,1pm start

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 / year

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Culture & Driver Experience Manager is responsible for fostering a positive, respectful, and high-performing workplace environment within the warehouse while ensuring an exceptional experience for drivers visiting the facility. This role champions employee engagement, recognition, communication, and operational support to create a culture where employees and drivers feel valued, supported, and motivated to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement & Culture

Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with company values.
Develop and implement employee engagement, recognition, and morale-building programs.
Conduct regular employee check-ins to gather feedback and proactively address concerns.
Partner with warehouse leadership to improve communication, collaboration, and employee satisfaction.
Identify trends impacting morale, retention, and engagement and recommend solutions.
Support onboarding efforts to ensure new hires feel welcomed, informed, and connected from day one.
Coordinate employee appreciation events and culture-building initiatives.

Driver Experience & Operations:

Oversee daily operations of the driver check-in station to ensure a professional, efficient, and welcoming experience.
Build and maintain positive relationships with drivers.
Resolve driver concerns, service issues, and operational challenges in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor driver wait times and identify opportunities to improve service levels and operational efficiency.
Ensure drivers receive accurate information and support.

Collaboration & Communication:

Serve as a liaison between drivers, warehouse associates, and leadership teams.
Foster strong communication between departments to support a positive workplace and customer experience.
Partner with Operations, Transportation, and HR teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide feedback and recommendations to leadership regarding employee and driver experience enhancements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years of experience in employee engagement, operations, warehouse, logistics, transportation, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience building employee engagement, recognition, or workplace culture initiatives.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to resolve conflicts and manage sensitive situations professionally.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse-related systems preferred.
