Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and professionally, both in person and over the phone.

Respond to customer inquiries regarding policies, billing, and coverage with clarity and helpfulness.

Assist customers with processing payments and updating policy information accurately.

Help customers understand their policies and make necessary adjustments or additions.

Maintain organized customer records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.

Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A positive and empathetic demeanor.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency with basic computer systems and willingness to learn new software.

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic office environment.
