Avera Health is seeking a detail-oriented Surgical Technologist to support safe, efficient surgical care in our collaborative OR team. In this on-site role, you will prepare operating rooms, arrange instruments and supplies, and maintain strict sterile technique. You will anticipate surgeon needs, assist during procedures, and ensure accurate counts and specimen handling. Working within Avera’s compassionate, patient-centered culture, you will help optimize outcomes while growing professionally in a supportive healthcare network.
