Senior SDET: Automation & Quality Engineer

We are seeking an experienced SDET with a strong background in automation testing, software development, and quality engineering. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience building and executing automated test solutions across multiple platforms and leading quality initiatives in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute automated test solutions for web, API, UI, and backend systems. Perform various types of testing including functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, end-to-end, load, and performance testing. Implement and maintain test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cucumber/Gherkin, and related technologies. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and delivery. Apply software quality assurance methodologies and best practices throughout the SDLC. Collaborate with architecture, development, and business teams to understand system design and business processes. Analyze application, data, and infrastructure architectures to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support Agile development practices. Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality results. Required Qualifications 8+ years of progressive experience in software development, test automation, systems engineering, or architecture. Strong expertise in automation testing across web, API, UI, and backend systems. Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (Selenium, Cucumber/Gherkin, etc.). Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C, or C++. Solid understanding of CI/CD tools and pipelines. Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture. Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
