Warehouse Supervisor

Richmond, CA | Onsite | Full-Time | $85,000-$97,000 + bonus potential

LHH is partnering with an established distribution organization to hire a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor. This leader will guide daily warehouse operations, develop employees, and maintain safe, accurate, and efficient shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.

Job Details

• Lead, coach, train, and evaluate warehouse employees while supporting workforce planning and performance management.

• Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, productivity, and daily operational decisions.

• Maintain compliance with workplace safety and applicable food safety practices.

• Monitor workflow, staffing, accuracy, and service levels; address issues quickly and effectively.

• Use warehouse and business systems to track activity and support operational reporting.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed and reinforce safe equipment practices.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of progressive warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain experience, including employee supervision.

• Hands-on experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, workforce planning, coaching, and performance management.

• Forklift certification and knowledge of material handling equipment.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn ERP and warehouse management systems.

• High school diploma or GED.

Preferred

• Associate or bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, operations, or related field.

• Experience operating a hostler.

Schedule & Compensation

• Onsite in Richmond, California, Monday through Friday.

• Start time at 6:00 a.m. or 8:00 a.m., based on operational needs.

• Salary range: $85,000-$97,000, plus bonus potential.
