Pedagogical Partnership Program Coordinator The Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative student employee to support the Pedagogical Partnerships Program , a high-impact initiative that strengthens teaching and learning through student-faculty partnerships. This position focuses on the administrative coordination of the program, helping ensure a meaningful and well-supported experience for both faculty and student participants. Key Responsibilities Communicate clearly and professionally with faculty and student partners via email and other platforms Track participant availability and maintain program schedules Maintain organizational materials and assist with resource preparation Provide logistical support for orientation, training, and feedback processes Offer timely updates to the program lead and assist in documenting progress and participation Required Qualifications Currently enrolled Oakland University student (undergraduate or graduate). Communication and collaboration: Communicate clearly and professionally via email and other platforms; collaborate with faculty and student partners to gather and refine information; maintain confidentiality and approach conversations with professionalism and empathy. Organization and project management: Coordinate schedules and facilitate communication among multiple people; track availability and timelines; manage time effectively; work independently on long-term projects while providing timely updates. Writing and documentation: Strong writing and editing skills; demonstrated ability to synthesize information into structured documents (e.g., guides, handbooks, orientation/training materials). Technical skills: Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar). Experience managing and editing LMS materials (Moodle, eSpace) is a plus. Pedagogical grounding: Interest or experience in teaching and learning; familiarity with inclusive teaching frameworks and reflective tools aligned with the partnership’s mission/model; prior experience with the Pedagogical Partnerships Program is a plus. Duration and Pay Winter, Spring, and Summer Semester, with extension possibility $17/hr, 6-10 hours per week Hours are flexible and hybrid, and may fluctuate slightly depending on program activity levels #J-18808-Ljbffr
