Phlebotomist Part Time

Part‑Time Phlebotomist – PAML, Gig Harbor, WA Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Enter patient information accurately and timely Process billing information and collect payments when required Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis Maintain patient and specimen information logs Provide superior customer service to all patients Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary Travel to additional sites when needed Minimum Qualifications Valid Washington State‑issued Phlebotomy License Preferred Qualifications Three or more months of phlebotomy experience Six or more months of current or prior Labcorp experience in phlebotomy Additional Job Standards Application for a phlebotomy license filed with the WA Department of Health at time of hire may meet the state license requirement Able to pass a standardized color blindness test Flexibility to work overtime as needed Exceptional customer service Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Comfortable working under minimal supervision Benefits Pay Range: $22.30 – $27.69 per hour Quarterly Incentive Bonus Program for selected positions Comprehensive benefits for employees scheduled 20+ hours per week, including medical, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD, 401(k), paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and employee stock purchase plan 401(k) plan for employees scheduled fewer than 20 hours per week, casual, intern, and temporary employees Equal Opportunity Employer Labcorp is an equal‑opportunity employer.
