Hospitalist Service

• Daily Encounters: 192

• 26 Physician/APP provider Hospitalist team
• Dedicated Nocturnist
• 24-hr Intensivists onsite presence
• The team is supported by IAC RN to facilitate operations
• Block scheduling
• Team approach model with Hospitalist, Critical Care and Emergency Department under one IAC Director

Compensation

Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay range of $116/hour to $170/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits, a 10% company-funded 401k and USACS ownership stock.
