Housekeeper

Responsible for the day-to-day cleanliness and upkeep of The Cottage and The Estate. This position must have previous housekeeping experience and a keen eye for attention to details. Must be able to work independently to flip houses including thorough cleaning, making beds, restocking supplies, and doing laundry.

This is a seasonal, part time position from April 1 - November 15. Shoulder season hours will fluctuate and in season hours may max out at 40hrs.

Responsibilities

• Provide clean, sanitary, comfortable, and orderly surroundings for members and guests
• Maintain a keen attention to detail in all assigned areas
• Strip and remake beds according to established standards
• Perform laundry duties as required
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms thoroughly
• Mop and maintain floor surfaces
• Remove trash and dispose of waste properly
• Restock snacks, beverages, and other supplies as needed
• Safely handle and use various cleaning solvents and chemicals
• Operate a golf cart as required for job duties
• Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly to a supervisor
• Notify a supervisor of low inventory or supply shortages
• Inspect assigned areas, both indoors and outdoors, to ensure overall cleanliness

Skills and Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must have a valid US Driver's license.
• You will be required to lift, carry, walk, climb steps, sit, push, pull and work a flexible schedule.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
