Deployment Technician

*Description* Looking for resources to support a large-scale Device Replacement Project (DRP). They are focused on upgrading over 3,000 endpoints to Windows 11 across multiple hospital and clinical sites in Central New York (Cooperstown, Utica, and surrounding areas). Deploy, configure, and replace desktops and laptops as part of an enterprise-wide Windows 11 upgrade initiative Execute bulk device deployments based on scheduled site plans Coordinate with end users (providers, nurses, staff) to minimize disruption to clinical operations Assist with: Hardware setup and imaging Basic networking connectivity Active Directory tasks (account setup, permissions, device joins) Ticketing system updates and issue tracking Follow deployment schedules while remaining flexible to adjust based on on-site needs Travel between multiple sites within a large regional footprint (~6,000 sq. miles) Collaborate with desktop engineers, network teams, and IT leadership Provide basic troubleshooting and escalate issues when necessary *Skills* Deployment, Hardware, Troubleshooting, Imaging, Customer service, Install, Windows 10, windows 11, Health care, Active directory *Top Skills Details* Deployment,Hardware,Troubleshooting,Imaging,Customer service,Install,Windows 10,windows 11 *Additional Skills & Qualifications* *Two Resources will be needed in Cooperstown supporting the DRP(Device Replacement project).
