Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, the nurse ensures effective, high-quality care that aligns with organizational goals and respects patient cultural and developmental needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions to develop individualized care plans.
• Administer treatments, medications, and interpret diagnostic tests accurately.
• Coordinate with healthcare team members to deliver integrated patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current California RN license.
• Certified in CPR, ACLS, and PALS.
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to apply nursing care principles to diverse patient populations.
