NOW HIRING: ON‑CALL CAREGIVER (HHA/CNA PREFERRED)HIGH EARNING POTENTIAL - BONUSES - FLEXIBLE ON‑CALL SHIFTSGuardian Angel Senior Services is hiring an experienced On‑Call Caregiver to support seniors and disabled adults in their homes. HHA or CNA is preferred, but strong experience with elderly clients will be considered.Why You'll Love This RoleHigh earning potential with full‑time hours, overtime, and on‑call stipends.Extra earning opportunities: referral bonus, sign‑on bonus, mileage pay, merit and holiday pay.What You'll DoBe available outside regular business hours to cover last‑minute call‑outs and urgent client needs.Assist with personal care, mobility, meals, errands, and light housekeeping.Provide companionship and respond appropriately in emergencies.Work in private homes and, at times, assisted living and hospice settings.On‑Call ExpectationsAgree to specific on‑call days and hours.Receive a flat‑rate on‑call stipend plus hourly pay for all hours worked.Return calls within 15 minutes and be able to leave for a shift within 30 minutes.Accept all assignments during your on‑call period.Maintain reliable transportation and complete required documentation on time.Skills & QualificationsPrior senior care experience; HHA or CNA preferred.Respectful, compassionate, dependable.Strong communication, time management, and ethics.Reliable transportation.Benefits401(k) with matchingMedical/Aflac insurance.Life insurancePaid time offEmployee discountsFlexible scheduleProfessional developmentBonus pay + $250 sign‑on bonusOn‑call shifts are paid a flat rate to be on stand‑by for urgent caregiver needs.
